Our versatile product range is comprised of 76, 100, 125 and 150 mm Epi wafers for numerous applications including standard Epi-based devices as well as customer-specific applications.
In 2011 Epiel plans to introduce 200 mm Epi products for Power device and Integrated circuit applications.
We manufacture Epi wafer products for standard applications (IGBT, DMOS, Shottky, IC etc.), and provide Si Epi deposition services including buried layer Epi on customer substrates. |
